Terms of Use
Effective 14 September 2026 · Counsel review required before go-live
These terms apply to the public website only. Managed IT, hardware, and support are governed by a signed Master Service Agreement — not by this page.
01The site is information, not a contract for IT services
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell services at a stated price, an SLA, or a promise of results. A free assessment request is not an engagement. Service starts only when both parties sign an MSA (or statement of work) and any required onboarding forms.
02Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the host, no injecting malware, no impersonating Anara, no submitting others’ personal data without authority. We may block access.
03Intellectual property
Anara Networks name, logo, and site content are owned by Nexus Holding Group, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy the site to run a competing business or imply we endorse you.
04No professional advice on the marketing pages
Security and IT descriptions are general. They are not a penetration test, audit, or legal or compliance opinion.
05Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Anara disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement for the marketing site. Our liability arising from use of the public website is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50). This cap does not apply to a signed MSA, which has its own liability terms.
06Indemnity
If you misuse the site or submit content that injures a third party, you will defend and indemnify Nexus Holding Group, LLC and its members and staff.
07Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for website disputes is the state or federal courts serving Leon County, Florida.
