Privacy Policy
Effective 14 September 2026 · Counsel review required before go-live
This draft covers the Anara Networks public website. It is not a substitute for a Florida attorney review, especially if analytics, chat widgets, or assessment forms are added later.
01Who we are
Nexus Holding Group, LLC, operating as Anara Networks (“Anara,” “we,” “us”), is a Tallahassee, Florida managed IT provider. Contact will be the address and email published on this site once the public launch is open.
02What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information collected through our public website and any inquiry forms. Client environments we manage under a Master Service Agreement are governed by that agreement and our data-processing practices in the MSA — not this page.
03Information we collect
You may give us a name, business name, email, phone, and a short description of your IT environment when you request an assessment. The site may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed.
If we later add cookies or analytics, we will update this page and, where required, present a cookie notice.
04How we use it
We use website data to respond to inquiries, schedule assessments, improve the site, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not use website inquiry data to train public AI models.
06Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable business period afterward (typically up to 24 months unless a client relationship starts). We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no website is perfectly secure.
07Your choices
Email us to correct or delete a marketing inquiry once a public contact address is published. Florida residents may have additional rights under applicable Florida law; we will respond to a verifiable request.
Do not send protected health information or card numbers through a public form.
08Children
The site is for business customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
09Changes
We will post the new effective date if this policy changes.
Draft for counsel review before public go-live. This page is not legal advice.
